Highlighting the importance of nurse health and well-being to a strong health care system, this article introduces the Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation® (HNHN) program, a free resource that supports individual well-being and organizational efforts to address nurse burnout, retention, and workforce sustainability. HNHN offers adaptable resources that support individual and organizational wellness across 6 core domains: physical activity, nutrition, rest, mental health, quality of life, and safety This article provides organizations with practical guidance for integrating HNHN into daily workflows, empowering nurses and organizations to foster a healthier, more resilient workforce.
