Applying dual energy computed tomography to postmortem coronary computed tomographic angiography

Dual energy CT (DECT) can differentiate between iodinated and gadolinium contrast agents in postmortem coronary CT angiography (PMcCTA). This allows for simultaneous assessment of coronary artery patency and myocardial perfusion in postmortem examinations.
