Abstract:
Fabricating immediate interim restorations for a maxillary implant-supported complete arch fixed prosthesis can present significant clinical challenges. Achieving accurate implant position transfer and providing a stable interim prosthesis often requires labor-intensive and technique-sensitive protocols. The described technique introduces a digital workflow using extraoral scanning with reverse scan bodies to fabricate an immediate complete arch fixed interim prosthesis.
