Summary

The bone-patellar tendon-bone (BTB) graft for ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) reconstruction showed a high failure rate, particularly at the bone-tendon junction. Palmaris longus reconstruction proved comparable to the native UCL, making it the preferred choice.
