Abstract:
Giant acrochordons are extremely rare in sizes bigger than 5 cm and even more extreme in postmenopausal women. Treatment of vulvar diseases can present significant challenges, particularly when dealing with older patients with co-morbidities. Gynecological and dermatological consultations for early identification of malignant transformation or recurrence are essential.
