Eye-tracking biomarkers for glaucoma based on saccadic reaction time: a controlled clinical study

Saccadic reaction time (SRT) using the novel Bulbicam (BCAM) device shows high validity and reliability in differentiating glaucoma (GLA) from healthy controls (HCs). Many SRT variables are potential biomarkers for early GLA detection.
