Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4+ disease) involves IgG4-secreting plasma cells causing fibroinflammatory lesions. This study reports the first case of IgG4+ related lymphadenopathy with a clonal cytogenetic abnormality, highlighting a potential link to neoplasm.
