Diagnostic value of SPECT for endocarditis: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) scintigraphy shows high accuracy in diagnosing infective endocarditis (IE). It is particularly valuable for diagnosing cardiac device-related endocarditis (CDRE) when other imaging is unclear.
