Prenatal Glucose Intolerance and Child Neurodevelopmental Disorders

Gestational diabetes (GDM) is linked to neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD) in a manner specific to when GDM occurs during pregnancy and the child's sex. Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) also showed sex-specific associations with NDD.
