Abstract:
A triple-functional fluorescent probe (CBFO-LZ) was developed with integrated capabilities for lipid droplet (LD) targeting, polarity monitoring, and ROS generation. It reveals a novel biphasic LD polarity shift-an initial increase followed by a decrease-during self-driven PDT, providing new insight into LD behavior under oxidative stress and advancing precision PDT strategies.
