Bulb biopsies for diagnosing celiac disease in children: A prospective multicenter study using quantitative

Duodenal bulb biopsies may show celiac disease (CeD) lesions not found in the distal duodenum, but their quality varies. Immunoglobulin A (IgA) deposits are valuable for diagnosing CeD in both sites.
