Solid Pseudopapillary Neoplasm of the Diaphragm: A Case Report.

Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) are rare tumors. This report details the first known case of an SPN originating in the diaphragm, highlighting its occurrence in an elderly female patient.
