Summary

The modified Vestibular/Ocular Motor Screening (mVOMS) effectively identifies mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) symptoms in service members after low-level blast (LLB) exposure. This quick screening tool shows higher sensitivity than self-reporting alone for detecting blast-related changes.
