Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) patients show impaired glymphatic system (GS) function, evidenced by lower ALPS index and gBOLD-CSF coupling compared to healthy controls. These GS alterations correlate with clinical symptoms, suggesting potential therapeutic targets.
