A new nomogram accurately predicts high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions or worse (HSIL+) using ThinPrep cytologic test (TCT) and Aptima HPV E6/E7 mRNA (AHPV) results. This tool aids in personalized management for cervical cancer screening.
