Abstract:
Multifunctional Zr-TPY-Fe/cy/Au nanosheets are developed for self-boosted chemodynamic therapy (CDT) by combining glucose oxidase (GOx)- and peroxidase (POD)-like activities. Au NPs generate H2O2 from glucose, which feeds terpyridine-Fe sites to produce ˙OH, achieving ROS-mediated cytotoxicity in TNBC cells.
