How Can We Predict Yogurt Tolerance in Cow's Milk Allergy?

Many children with cow's milk allergy can tolerate yogurt. Cow's milk-specific IgE levels effectively predict reactions during oral food challenges with yogurt in IgE-mediated allergy.
