Arthroscopic Centralization of Meniscal Allograft Transplantation by Pullout Repair

Extrusion of meniscal allografts is common after meniscal allograft transplantation. This can reduce or even eliminate the meniscus's ability to protect the cartilage. In this article, we describe a technique for centralizing the transplanted meniscus. The technique effectively addresses meniscal extrusion after meniscal allograft transplantation. It is cost-effective and easy to perform, and it provides a viable treatment option.
