Labral Repair with Capsulorrhaphy Completed via Needle Arthroscopy

Nano arthroscopy has emerged as a less invasive tool to improve shoulder surgery techniques and patient outcomes. The available scientific literature evaluating nano arthroscopy has a focus on surgical visualization; however, dedicated tools and surgeon experience have progressed to the surgical treatment of common sports medicine shoulder pathologies. This Technical Note describes a percutaneous labral repair with capsulorrhaphy performed with nano arthroscopic visualization and accompanying instrumentation.
