Summary

We developed a high-throughput droplet-based microfluidic protocol for simultaneous single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and single-cell ATAC sequencing (scATAC-seq). This method links gene expression and chromatin accessibility in individual cells, enhancing rare cell population identification.
