Solitary peripheral osteomas of the mandible can cause facial deformity and are best evaluated using CT scans, which reveal well-circumscribed, hyperdense masses. Importantly, osteomas warrant prompt systematic evaluation to rule out Gardner's syndrome, especially when numerous lesions are present. Surgical excision is an effective treatment with no recurrence observed in these cases, highlighting the importance of early diagnosis and intervention for optimal functional and esthetic outcomes.
