Abstract:
A 93-year-old woman presented with pulse-synchronous right subcostal contractions one week after dual-chamber pacemaker implantation. ECG showed atrial and ventricular pacing without atrial sensing; chest X-ray revealed superior migration of the atrial lead into the SVC.
