Elastography, a non-invasive imaging technique, reveals increased stiffness in medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) nodules, improving diagnostic accuracy beyond traditional ultrasound risk stratification. This method shows promise for better fine-needle aspiration guidance in MTC diagnosis.
