Stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) offers a promising curative-intent treatment for oligometastatic colorectal cancer (CRC). While evidence shows survival benefits, further CRC-specific trials and advanced techniques are needed to overcome radioresistance and optimize outcomes.
