Meldonium Improves Functional Capacity in Patients with Right Ventricular Failure.

Meldonium improved exercise capacity and quality of life in patients with right ventricular failure (RVF). This study suggests meldonium may be a safe and effective treatment for RVF, a condition with no current therapies.
