This study introduces a mini-cluster architecture using sub-Terahertz (sub-THz) and Terahertz (THz) bands to boost 5G networks for Beyond 5G (B5G) and 6G. The new design achieves 100 Gbps speeds, low latency, and better energy efficiency in urban areas.
