Abstract:
A 65-year-old patient was incidentally found to have lung mass during the evaluation of possible pulmonary embolism 18F-FDG PET/CT and 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT both revealed abnormally increased activity in the lung lesions and multiple other sites, including pancreas. Pathology examination confirmed that the metastatic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor.
