Dynamic optical coherence tomography (D-OCT) noninvasively detects dermal abnormalities in Pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE) patients, showing reduced fiber density and altered vessel density. This method offers a promising alternative to skin biopsy for diagnosing PXE.
