Background:
- Medial meniscus posterior root tears (MMPRT) require repair to prevent osteoarthritis progression in patients with healthy cartilage.

Purpose of the Study:
- To evaluate patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), complications, and failure rates after MMPRT repair with a minimum 5-year follow-up.
- To assess the efficacy of transtibial pullout repair for isolated MMPRT.
