The following demonstrates a case of a young boy who was seeing multiple physicians for the past 10 months until he was diagnosed and treated accurately. This case highlights the importance of imaging modalities such as computed tomography to confirm suspected odontogenic cutaneous sinus tract and delineate the sinus tract as well.
