Neutrophils and IL-12 Levels in Female Patients with Unexplained Infertility

This study found no significant difference in Interleukin-12 (IL-12) levels between women with unexplained infertility and controls. However, infertile women showed increased neutrophil percentages and counts, suggesting a potential role for neutrophils in unexplained infertility.
