What factors influence return to work after major traumatic injury?

Return-to-work (RTW) after major traumatic injury is influenced by many factors. Early vocational rehabilitation and addressing demographic, psychosocial, and injury-specific issues improve employment outcomes for individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), and multi-trauma orthopaedic (MTO) injuries.
