Clinicopathologic differences before and after elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy according to obesity

Obesity did not significantly impact outcomes after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Obese patients showed preoperative differences but experienced similar intraoperative and 1-year results compared to non-obese individuals undergoing LC for gallstone disease.
