- Diagnoses were based on DSM-5 criteria, and CSI was defined using the Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale.

- These findings suggest that altered network interactions contribute to the pathophysiology of suicidal ideation in this population.
- Targeting these network disruptions may offer novel therapeutic strategies for reducing suicidality.
