Choroidal structure differs between multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder: An enhanced depth

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) patients show reduced choroidal thickness compared to multiple sclerosis (MS) patients, regardless of optic neuritis (ON) attacks. These findings suggest potential differences in ocular vascular perfusion between these neuroinflammatory conditions.
