Association Between Prepregnancy Hypertension and Breastfeeding Duration.

Prepregnancy hypertension (HTN) is linked to shorter breastfeeding duration. Women with prepregnancy HTN were less likely to breastfeed for at least 3 months, highlighting the need for preconception care interventions.
