A vulvar mass can be a presenting symptom for various rare and infrequent conditions of the vulva. A multidisciplinary approach with comprehensive, specialized care in a tertiary care center is required for optimization of treatment outcomes in such rare conditions. Herein, we present a series of rare vulvar tumours and benign conditions where we employed a multidisciplinary team approach to a comprehensive diagnostic workup, appropriate treatment planning with surgical resection and reconstruction, post-operative care for wound healing and surveillance leading to favorable surgical outcomes, improved quality of life, and survival outcomes for these patients.
