The orthopaedic surgeon should be informed about the decision-making process for the management of common complications after both arthroscopic and open shoulder surgeries, tips and tricks of different surgical techniques in managing these different complications, and the best treatment options to address each complication based on both personal experience and the evidence available in literature. The goal is to determine the optimal method for managing shoulder complications after surgery.
