This study identifies three novel enhancer RNA (eRNA) biomarkers—CAP2e, COLEC10e, and MARCOe—for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). These eRNAs show diagnostic and prognostic value, with MARCOe offering potential therapeutic targeting for HCC.

Background:
