Is Absorbable Suture Non-Inferior to Permanent Suture in Sacrospinous Ligament Suspension? A Randomized Controlled

Absorbable sutures are as effective as permanent sutures for sacrospinous ligament suspension (SSLS) surgery, showing comparable apical support at 12 months. This study found similar recurrence and low complication rates for both suture types in prolapse repair.
