Maternal Use of Integrase Strand Transfer Inhibitors During Pregnancy and Infant Neurodevelopment.

Infants exposed to integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs) during pregnancy had similar neurodevelopmental scores to those exposed to protease inhibitors (PIs). However, scores were lower than for nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI)-exposed infants, especially if ART began after conception.
