Abstract:
An efficient genetic transformation system was established for Limosilactobacillus reuteri through protocol optimization. Subsequently, an mKate-based red fluorescent protein reporting system was constructed. This platform enables real-time monitoring of bacterial localization and gene expression, providing a robust tool for synthetic biology applications.
