An 11-year-old unmarried boy was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis in October 2018. The patient's symptoms as described begin with generalized body weakness and severe continuous epigastric pain with nausea and vomiting. Pancreatitis is a challenging medical condition characterized by inflammation of the pancreas, often leading to severe abdominal pain and digestive issues. While, conventional treatment focuses on symptom management and addressing underlying causes, complementary therapies such as yoga have gained attention for their potential benefits in managing chronic illness. The patient underwent yoga and shatkarma (yogic purification techniques) for 36 months including shankprakshalan, kunjal, jalneti, vatkarma kapalbhati, and tratak. A single case study design based on the treatment protocol had been applied. This has been observed for a long duration (3 years) investigating the impact of yoga therapy on a patient's pancreatitis. The follow-up result based on the treatment protocol showed a substantial alleviation of the markers and symptoms of pancreatitis. Yoga has improved the conditions of the patients and helped in the cure of disease.
