Synchronous Primary Hyperparathyroidism and Polycythemia Vera: A Case Report and Literature Review

This study presents a rare case of concurrent Polycythemia vera (PV) and Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). Surgical treatment for PHPT led to PV remission, suggesting a link between calcium regulation and blood cell production.
