G protein coupled receptor 18 activation during experimental colitis in mice

This study investigated PSB-KK-1415, a G protein coupled receptor 18 (GPR18) agonist, for treating ulcerative colitis (UC) in mice. Results show GPR18 activation may help manage chronic colitis.
