This paper proposes a high-energy-efficiency wireless energy and data transmission circuit design that supports full-duplex communication. The circuit is designed for multi-channel neural implantable medical devices, enabling bidirectional high data rate communication with low power consumption while providing stable energy delivery. In the data link, the master device utilizes a switch module combined with a power amplifier (PA) to achieve amplitude shift keying downlink data transmission, supporting a maximum data rate of 1 Mbps under varying modulation depths. The slave device integrates a low-power transmitter based on an injection-locked ring oscillator and employs binary phase shift keying modulation, achieving a maximum data rate of 20 Mbps with an energy efficiency of 20.9 pJ/bit. In the energy link, the system adopts a zero-voltage switching feedback loop combined with a traditional Class-D PA circuit, ensuring soft switching under various load conditions. At an output power of 415 mW, the peak efficiency reaches 91.8%. The proposed transmission circuit is implemented in 180 nm BCD process.
