Optimized Injectable Matrix Approach for Deep Margin Elevation in Challenging Subgingival Restorations: A Case

A novel deep margin elevation (DME) technique using injectable wax and flowable composite effectively restored a deep subgingival carious lesion. This modified approach improved both periodontal and restorative outcomes in a challenging case.
