Summary

Transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) offers a new solution for severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) after heart transplantation (HTx). This case demonstrates the first successful TTVR in a heart transplant recipient, showing improved symptoms and prosthesis function.
