Peripheral Neuropathy Associated With Proteasome Inhibitors and Immunomodulatory Drugs: A Pharmacovigilance

Immunomodulatory drugs (IMIDs) and proteasome inhibitors (PIs) used for multiple myeloma increase the risk of peripheral neuropathy. This study found associations between these drugs and sensory, motor, and autonomic nerve dysfunction.
