Lung function and sleep-disordered breathing in preschoolers born very preterm

Preschoolers born very preterm with very low birth weight show high rates of abnormal small airway function and likely sleep-disordered breathing. These respiratory issues were not linked to bronchopulmonary dysplasia or other neonatal factors.
